Scrap Buyer/Sales- Copper State Metals
Introduction:
Copper State Metals
Our company has 2 other established locations and 15 years of experience in the HVAC recycling industry.
We have an immediate need for an experienced, high-energy, sales professional to contact local HVAC, and mechanical contractors to purchase the scrap HVAC equipment from their operations on a continuing basis, based out of our Phoenix location.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers within the HVAC industry
- Purchase scrap HVAC equipment in accordance with company pricing and procedures
- Utilize and maintain CRM
-Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
-Monitor activity of customer accounts
-Local travel to facilitate in-person contact with potential customers is required. No overnight travel.
Candidate Qualities/Experience:
-This position requires a highly self motivated individual. You are driven to meet and exceed your performance goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
-Great Communicator: You excel in written and verbal communications.
-Professional sales experience is beneficial
-Ability to close a deal
-Ability to identify and contact the appropriate person within the perspective client organization who makes the actual decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of HVAC industry and equipment is helpful, but not required
