Job Summary
Prestige Home Centers, Inc., a subsidiary of Nobility homes, is located in Ocala, Florida. We pride ourselves on 57 years of providing quality, affordable housing to our customers. As a publicly held company, we are expanding our operations and seeking individuals with previous management experience in manufactured homes or similar industry. We currently have 10 model centers across Florida with more locations opening soon. This position offers a great career opportunity with room for growth and advancement. Comprehensive training and systems are in place to help you reach your maximum potential. Must be willing to relocate to work at any of our model centers.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell homes to prospective buyers.
Work with lenders to secure financing.
Manage building projects efficiently.
Hire and train sales staff.
Maintain sales center property to company standards.
Requirements:
Outgoing, positive personality with the capacity to commuicate effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Display leadership potential with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
Experience in manufactured home sales or similar industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,950.00 - $410,000.00 per year
