Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project teams, and driving both sales and company growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a keen focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of painters and project managers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor job progress and troubleshoot any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Oversee project scheduling, staffing, and materials procurement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance across the company.
Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on job sites.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of residential painting projects and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Sales experience and a drive to help the business grow.
