Responsibilities:
- IHG certified manager with minimum 5 years of experience
- Hire and monitor staff
- Hire, train and motivate staff
- Ensure that staff follow hotel policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers
- Manage the layout, maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel's interior and exterior spaces
- Manage hotel budget, ensuring it is in line with projected revenue and making adjustments as needed
- Encourage team members to develop their skills through training
- Work with the marketing team to determine pricing structure for rooms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
