*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar panels and related equipment to support renewable energy initiatives. *Responsibilities* - Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures following engineering specifications - Assist in the assembly and installation of racking systems, modules, and electrical components - Connect solar panels to electrical systems ensuring proper wiring - Perform routine maintenance on solar panel systems - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion *Experience* - Experience in construction or related field preferred - Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in solar panel installation - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Familiarity with plumbing and electrical work - Understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations - Forklift operation experience is a plus - Prior experience working on roofs or construction sites is beneficial - Commercial electrician background is advantageous Join us in making a positive impact on the environment through renewable energy solutions.
