Your New Role: Electrical Journeyman
At HEI Inc., we don’t just want you to do a job – we want you to excel, innovate, and make a difference. As an Electrical Journeyman, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing electrical systems that keep our clients’ homes and offices running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting lighting systems and electrical wiring with precision and efficiency.
- Mentoring apprentices and guiding them towards becoming the next generation of top-notch electricians.
- Problem-solving and creating solutions for complex electrical challenges using the best technologies in the industry.
- Conducting rigorous testing to ensure all installations and repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job requirements
- Strong electrical skills with at least 5 years of experience (Commercial experience preferred)
- Journeyman License Required: EE98J
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically capable of standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
