We are seeking a motivated General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, handle staffing and training, monitor inventory and cost control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining area, kitchen, and bar.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and motivating staff to provide a positive dining experience.
Manage and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Conduct regular inventory checks and control costs by managing portion sizes and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, specials, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Train and develop staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in using restaurant management software and computer systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food safety certification and other relevant certifications are preferred.
Degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
