Certified HVAC Technician/Journeyman/Journeywoman with capability to diagnose, repair and provide maintenance to applied equipment including chillers, AHUs, Condensing units, evaporators, pumps, cooling towers and system accessories such as valves, sensors, VFDs, etc. This position offers training in main HVAC manufacture's courses and specialized equipment as well as fundamentals and trade's good practices.
The responsibilities will be to visit customer's facilities once dispatched to complete a specific task as well as to assess systems from a holistic perspective and bring opportunities of improvement of the customer's installations or equipment. Resolving issues in a timely manner is essential and generating reports with findings, work performed and recommendations.
This position will provide all the necessary tools to execute jobs, and specialized instrumentation such as ultrasonic flow meters, meggers, IAQ measurement instruments and more which can be checked out from the main office. PPE and company uniform will be provided.
Disposition for overtime is a plus and would be paid at 1.5 times regular working hours.
This position will report to the Operations Manager who will provide a full on-boarding of the position.
Capability to teach a helper is highly valued.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
