As an AT&T Representative, you will lead the charge in engaging with local communities and using your problem-solving abilities to provide top-tier customer service and enrollment solutions on behalf of AT&T.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify, educate, and guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure they select plans that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and training to offer accurate and relevant product recommendations
- Foster a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere while promoting and embodying our company culture
- Support the team in surpassing branch targets by driving sales revenue and enhancing customer retention
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policy, ensuring a positive sales experience
- Remain knowledgeable about our client’s products, services, and sales strategies through ongoing training and participation in meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Embrace company policies and practices, fully aligning with our mission and values
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred background: Business-related Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (not required)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, administration, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous
- Willingness to tackle challenges, learn from mistakes, and enhance procedures as needed
- Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, with an interest in customer-focused consulting and sales
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence others at various levels of the organization
- Confident in public speaking, whether presenting to small groups or large audiences
