Who we are: Sundream HVAC mechanical services business help commercial clients maintain their properties, with a focus on HVAC preventative and reactive maintenance. We have a broad reach of clients across the state of Florida and are looking to expand our offerings with an experienced air test and balance technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform air and hydronic balancing of HVAC systems.
- Conduct testing and analysis to verify system performance.
- Interpret and follow technical specifications, blueprints, and project plans.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
Qualifications:
- AABC, NEBB, or TABB certified.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Proficient in the use of testing instruments such as manometers, anemometers, flow hoods, and balancing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Mature and responsible.
