Summary
This is a spectacular opportunity to join a stable, recession-resistant PE-backed company and directly partner with the National Recruiting Team and Regional Leaders to hire top candidates across the nation effectively. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will tightly align with a handful of internal departments (ex: Finance, Accounting, Employee Services, etc.) Continuously execute strategies and tactics to autonomously drive attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of professional administrative positions nationally. Work with department leaders to develop their ability to select/retain great people. Increase candidate experience by standardizing hiring processes throughout all organizational levels and cultivating strong relationships with department leaders.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and understand recruitment requirements
- Oversee the entire requisition process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Leverage job boards and various sourcing channels to identify and evaluate potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
- Support interview scheduling and provide feedback to both hiring managers and candidates following interviews
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimize internal hiring processes
- Contribute to strengthening the employer brand through effective communication, social media presence, and timely feedback
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- 2-4+ years of prior agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Ability to work a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote – our office is in Downtown Tampa)
- Highly motivated by personal performance targets, intensely driven to exceed goals
- Capable of analyzing workflow metrics and presenting actionable recommendations
- Strong ability to communicate and differentiate our employers from others; respects the trades
- Intensely hands-on & scrappy, but able to see the strategic vision of quintupling our business and being best in the industry
- Excellent & disciplined, time management and organizational skills capable to managing quickly shifting priorities
