Job Summary: The Electrical Foreman will oversee and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities on various job sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support.
Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient project completion.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship or relevant vocational training preferred.
years of experience as a journeyman electrician or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
