Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Journeyman Electrician to perform a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical trade, a strong understanding of local codes and regulations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine electrical requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding electrical issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license and/or relevant certifications.
- years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,240.00 - $68,640.00 per year
