Job Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Educate clients on various life insurance policies, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.
Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable coverage options.
Guide clients through the application process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Maintain relationships with existing policyholders and provide ongoing customer support.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Stay up to date with industry trends, policy updates, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus (not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
Basic computer skills for managing client records and online applications.
