Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Educate clients on various life insurance policies, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.
- Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable coverage options.
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain relationships with existing policyholders and provide ongoing customer support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, policy updates, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus (not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic computer skills for managing client records and online applications.
