Under general supervision, provides support for the maintenance related needs of all Central City Healthbuildings and grounds.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of recent maintenance experience (within the last ten years) that includes maintaining various building interior and exterior features, including painted walls, baseboards, tiled & carpeted floor surfaces, and brass & stainless-steel finishes required
Current Michigan Chauffeur’s Driver’s License required
Demonstrated ability to adhere to State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by maintaining an insurable driving record in accordance with CCIH commercial auto insurance carrier required
Ability to use basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, custodial hand, and electric powered tools
Experience with basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing duties highly preferred
