Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team and assist with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. If you’re a problem solver with a knack for fixing things and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Inspect properties for potential issues and address them proactively.
Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Repair and replace doors, windows, flooring, and other structural elements.
Assemble furniture and install shelves or other items upon request.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair skills (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical work).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items or work in tight spaces.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in a specific trade (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
Own set of tools.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Experience:

plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
low voltage electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Tampa, FL (Required)
