Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Weekdays

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated Outbound Medical Scheduler to coordinate appointments and manage schedules from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity for independent, positive action.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct friendly and informative patient interactions over the phone.

· Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to set up, confirm, or reschedule appointments.

· Keep detailed records of appointments and patient interactions in various electronic systems.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in scheduling using specific codes.

· Collect and verify patient insurance information.

· Support patients with documentation required for their appointments.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

· Tackle additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a call center (minimum 1 year).

· Proficient with EMR systems, preferably EClinicalWorks.

· Experience in a medical office or with patient registration (2+ years preferred).

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

· Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred.
