As a Hot Tub Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' hot tubs are maintained, repaired, and functioning optimally. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems. appliance repair, and HVAC is a bonus, as you'll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with hot tubs and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and maintenance on hot tubs and swim spas.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
Replace faulty components and ensure proper functionality.
Test and balance water chemistry to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in appliance repair, electrical work, HVAC, or related fields.
Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
Handy with tools and equipment, demonstrating a strong maintenance background.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
Basic computer skills and mathematical proficiency.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
