As a Hot Tub Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' hot tubs are maintained, repaired, and functioning optimally. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems. appliance repair, and HVAC is a bonus, as you'll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with hot tubs and related equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on hot tubs and swim spas.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Replace faulty components and ensure proper functionality.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in appliance repair, electrical work, HVAC, or related fields.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Handy with tools and equipment, demonstrating a strong maintenance background.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and mathematical proficiency.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
