Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relocation Specialist to join our real estate team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their relocation process, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth transition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

Help schedule moves with moving companies including cars, and home goods.
Help clients prepare homes for move in using cleaning companies and home organizers.
Help clients find lodging for site visits and temporary housing as needed.
Provide clients with information about the areas in which they move.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to their relocation.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
Assist clients with the logistics of their move, including scheduling services and coordinating with vendors.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall efficiency.
Utilize phone etiquette to create a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation of client interactions.
A strong commitment to providing excellent client services and support.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
