Job Overview: As the General Manager, you will establish service standards by overseeing the entire restaurant operations for this new concept opening early 2025! Your primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing staff and facility management, and controlling food, beverage, and labor costs. You'll also guide the management team in safety, sanitation, and accident prevention practices. Achieving success in this role requires skill and dedication in team selection, scheduling, coaching, development, mentoring, and leadership.
