Manage the Applications/Pre-sales team, generating HVAC control programs, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. Develop client relationships, present products, and assist with estimates and new projects.

In office position

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-sales staff and technical evaluation.
Establish pre-sales strategy and support external customers.
Train customers' pre-sales staff on applications.
Develop pre-sales/application processes.
Support product marketing content.
Provide technical and quotation assistance.
Coordinate with various departments for cost estimates and product modifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
5-7 years HVAC Technical experience.
Excellent communication and marketing knowledge.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Specialized Knowledge:

2+ years HVAC experience.
Experience in product management or writing HVAC specifications.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with computer use.
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
