Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee our HVAC service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and advisors
- Ensure efficient workflow within the service department
- Oversee customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Schedule and assign service work to team members
- Monitor service operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in HVAC repair
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning repair, HVAC diagnostics, and airflow techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,249.00 - $80,028.00 per year
