RGP Heating & Cooling is a New Construction Single Family HVAC company that handles new construction installs for Americas largest home builders. We are one of the largest in metro Atlanta overseeing 4 of Americas largest builders in the Atlanta area along with several large regional builders. We have been in business since 2001 and we are based in Kennesaw, GA.

Job duties are warranty service on our new home construction jobs along with start ups as needed. You will be replacing parts and equipment on occasion. Weekend work for emergency service is rotated through our techs, typically you're on call once a month. This is a year round position that is not seasonal. Our techs average 40hrs per week through out the year. Candidate must have 4 years HVAC experience.
