Essentials

10 years minimum in the roofing industry
Strong understanding of multiple roofing systems – single ply, metal, shingle etc
Understanding of how to manage finances of a business
OSHA qualification

Role

Managing the crews and sub-contractors
Mentoring and advising the sales and estimating teams
Hiring and firing
Managing the branch finances
Overseeing jobs, managing customer relationships
