Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support electricians in various tasks related to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires the ability to work effectively with tools and equipment. The Electrician Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct tests using voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Hand tools.
- The will to succeed by attending a four year school program to obtain a journeyman card. This is a free education sponsored by the employer.
- Work clothes and shoes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
