Position Overview:
Rooter Ranger is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Installer in Tampa, FL, to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on the installation of plumbing systems, including sewers, waterlines, water heaters, and gas lines. Key Responsibilities:
Installations:
- Perform installations of plumbing systems, including sewers, waterlines, water heaters, and gas lines.
- Safely operate equipment for digging and excavation to access underground pipes.
- Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Repairs and Upgrades:
- Assess existing plumbing systems and make recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Replace or retrofit components to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations on time and within budget.
- Communicate with customers to explain the scope of work and answer any questions.
Safety and Maintenance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing installations, particularly with sewers, waterlines, water heaters, and gas lines.
- Proficiency with digging equipment and tools used for excavation.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
