Overview: The General Manager will oversee operations, procurement, production, and sales in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in automotive or electronics. The role requires leadership skills, business development capabilities, and a focus on driving operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive or electronics industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing operations, procurement, and manufacturing functions.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with the ability to market manufacturing services and secure new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement creative solutions and process improvements.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
