We are a rapidly growing company in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, seeking to fill a critical leadership role within our team. This is a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at our local facility.
Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will:
- Oversee all operations within the facility, focusing on achieving operational and customer retention goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure high standards of compliance.
- Manage the facility's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and meet monthly financial targets.
- Ensure inventory of supplies, equipment, and products are maintained and readily available.
- Enforce adherence to Safety and OSHA policies, ensuring all employees comply with these standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performing team.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and retaining top talent.
- Manage personnel functions, including assigning tasks, handling disciplinary actions, and overseeing terminations.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of supervisory experience in an operational or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to travel for training (by plane and/or car).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -40°C) for short durations with appropriate attire.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
- Higher education is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
