Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installation projects within specified timeframes.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while working on HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems.
Skills:
- Property maintenance: Knowledge of property maintenance practices and ability to apply them to HVAC installations and repairs.
- Building skills: Proficient in building and assembling HVAC systems according to specifications.
- Van driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles for transportation of equipment and materials.
- Welding skills: Ability to perform basic welding tasks for HVAC system installations.
- Mechanical skills: Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair HVAC system components.
- HVAC/R knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration principles.
- Plumbing skills: Basic plumbing knowledge to connect HVAC systems to water supply lines.
- Air conditioning expertise: Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician/Installer
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning
- Experience with plumbing and equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a service van
- Familiarity with welding and schematics is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Furnaces, AC, heat pumps and boilers
