**YOU MUST HAVE A PLUMBING MASTER'S LICENSE YEARS AND FIELD EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION**
We are starting a retail plumbing division and looking for someone to manage the department. This person will initially cover repair work until enough volume is generated to hire additional plumbers.
Our ideal and target customer is a residential homeowner where we will perform repairs and upgrades of water lines, water heaters, drain cleanings, and sewer lines. We will deliver Amazing customer service while repairing their plumbing needs. We may have the occasional light commercial client if they are an existing customer. We are not planning to do any new construction for residential or commercial nor government work.

Job Description for the Plumbing Manager:
Our manager is responsible to inspire, lead, and manage our team in a positive way. Be responsible for ethically driving company goals and provide technical assistance to our installation team.
Job Summary for the Plumbing Manager:
● Supervision and Delegation of all plumbing activities including but not limited to hiring, conducting team meetings, and evaluating team performance.
● Ability to review scheduling and effectively delegate in a way that best utilizes our plumbing department to meet company goals.
● Design plumbing systems which include all associated water and drain piping to set the technicians up for success.
● Provide excellent customer service and be able to clearly communicate with customers, office staff, sales department, and field help.
● Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.

Job experience for the Plumbing Manager that is necessary to be successful:
● 7+ Years residential plumbing experience required. Management experience preferred but not required.
● Strong organizational leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
● Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills.
● Computer skills/ability to use Microsoft Office package and if you have Service Titan experience that is a plus.
● Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
● Ability to make on-site visits to verify installations are being performed to Amazing plumbing standards.
