We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our work family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Repair machinery, equipment, and appliances as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Return apartments to move-in condition
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in residential painting and drywall repair
- Knowledge of ohmmeters and schematics
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers
- Electrical repair and maintenance skills
- Leadership qualities for team coordination
