Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to build and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-years experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in building, and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Duties
- Supervision of assigned projects.
- Attend meeting onsite as required by contractors.
- Maintain contract schedules.
- Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors
- Responsible for all field installation to be per contract drawings and specifications
- Preplanning material / ordering material in a timely manner
- Daily Reports
- Toolbox talks
- Timesheets, cost codes, and labor hours
Skills
- Proficient in preplanning, organization, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings & specifications
- Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam and Procore
