Baker Responsibilities
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment
- Mix and ball cookie dough, frostings, glazes, and fillings
- Bake cookies
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality control.
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Baker Requirements
- Food Handlers permit required before start date.
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

- Be engaging and energetic with staff and customers. Have a strong desire to drive store sales and exceed customer's expectations on a daily basis. Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Closely follow announcements on our store apps to stay in the loop and up to date on important announcements
- Ensure all equipment is being regularly cleaned and maintained throughout the day. Ensure the store, kitchen/feeezer area, and bathroom are kept clean and sanitary for customers and staff.
- Monitor the overall quality of goods and services being provided to customers
