Job description
San Diego based exhibit house is looking to add a traveling installation supervisor to our team. We design and build custom trade show booths while providing related services including installation and dismantle (I&D) supervision. In this position, your primary focus is ensuring installations run smoothly, clients are happy, and timelines and budgets are on target. Ideal candidates will have experience in the trade show industry and are incredibly strong problem solvers able to resolve booth construction, electrical, AV, internet and numerous other potential issues.
Requirements:
- Trade show installation or trade show build experience
- Frequent travel, including weekends
- Able to interact with clients, other vendors and local unions in a highly professional manner.
- Able to work alongside our production, warehouse and project management teams when not traveling.
- Able to easily read booth setup plans and other instructions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others
- High attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Communicate with team members often
- Have a positive, flexible attitude and enjoy the industry

Schedule:
Work Location: On-site in San Diego with frequent travel to other major US trade show cities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
