POSITION SUMMARY
NITROcrete LLC, a Cryogenic Industrial Solutions company, is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our team in the East Coast region of the USA. NITROcrete provides innovative concrete temperature control technology to the ready-mix concrete industry. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating NITROcrete operations along with providing support for other operations under Cryogenic Industrial Solutions in the Southwest region of the USA. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, improving performance, efficiency, compliance, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies. This role requires teamwork and having collaborative relationships with senior management and other support teams for ultimate success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and manage the regional operations for NITROcrete system end users to meet customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability and other company goals
· Ensure successful installations for new customers and retrofitting/upgrading equipment with existing customers by coordinating resources with the regional team and with HQ
· Assist in maintaining and growing customer relationships by coordinating with NITROcrete system end users and the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure they are being met
· Assist in commissioning new and existing systems within region; providing customer training and on-site support in order to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction
· Provide planning and on-site support for customer pours or large cooling projects; coordinating with quality control and supply planning team members to ensure customer needs are met
· Perform regular visits to customer sites within region; collecting customer feedback, observing system performance and inspecting equipment.
· Oversee and assist with routine maintenance, ensuring systems stay fully operational
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and maintain retention throughout the life of the customer
· Assist with other operations under the parent company, Cryogenic Industrial Solutions, such as cryogenic field service or nitrogen pumping jobs as needed
· Serve as the subject matter expert regarding the NITROcrete system operation to new and existing customers
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer operational needs are being met; coordinating between Operational Support, Sales and Technical teams
· Participate in sales calls, meetings and other commercial activities within region as required
· Travel up to 50% of the time
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly and indirectly supervises up to 3 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with 5-10 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ready-mix or construction experience is strongly preferred.

Mathematical
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Salary Range: $90,000- 100,000/ year
