Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit and train ambitious sales reps, equipping them to excel in a commission-based environment.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and capitalize on storm-damaged properties.
- Oversee inspections, estimates, and insurance claim processes to maximize client satisfaction.
- Foster a results-driven, energetic culture that celebrates success.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional in roofing, restoration, or a related industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in insurance claim processes is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the field.
