White-Glove Delivery and Storage is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for our operations in Austin. Specializing in premium services for high-end clientele, we are dedicated to providing exceptional storage, transportation, and delivery solutions for fully furnished luxury homes.
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, facilitating effective communication, and upholding our high standards of service quality. This role will involve building and nurturing positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors in the Austin area, including interior designers, architects, and furniture vendors. Additionally, you will be tasked with reporting and escalating any issues that arise.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
- Assisting with moves and high-end installation projects as needed
- Engaging with existing clients and fostering new business opportunities through various channels
- Effectively communicating the progress of client accounts to relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- Providing estimates to clients, both existing and potential, once trained
- Handling immediate client escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Assisting with data entry tasks within our operating system as required
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues

Requirements for the position:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client success or customer service roles
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
