Job Title: Pipe Utility Foreman
Salary: Competitive compensation package.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and schedule each component of the plan and assign appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily.
- Meet with teammates daily to communicate personal daily activities clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors and material and equipment providers, effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives and other necessary individuals or organizations.
- Accurately report all jobsite time and activity, review performance-to-plan with Project Engineer and or Project Manager to adjust the following day’s assignments, resources, and schedules.
- Monitor all job site activity and make adjustments in assignments as necessary for the master plan, schedule, and budget.
- Work from contract documents, project plans, and schedules and other relevant information to create a weekly/daily project work plans.
- Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to review and understand plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a field environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal business communications skills.
- Ability to give and receive written or oral instructions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with office and field personnel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
