Job Description
Real International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Content Manager to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of digital content across various platforms. This role is critical to driving lead generation and supporting the company's sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in content marketing, proficient in Mandarin, and experienced in managing WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Red Book) social media platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Management
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, and videos.
- Ensure all content resonates with the target audience, adding value across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Content Strategy Development
- Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and lead generation goals.
- Conduct research to identify content trends, SEO opportunities, and topics that attract potential leads.
Lead Generation Campaigns
- Develop and implement content-driven lead-generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and gated content offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content campaigns integrate seamlessly with broader strategies.
Community Engagement
- Actively manage and engage in WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Red Book) to promote content and interact with online communities.
- Monitor social platforms for brand mentions and opportunities to drive lead generation through content.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess impact on lead generation and conversions.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance content effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Expertise in WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Red Book) social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to optimize content performance.
- Creativity and strategic thinking for developing innovative content strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
