Job Description:
We are looking to fill one position, based in the metro Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic to join our team in either the East or West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. This role is designed for someone eager to break into healthcare sales, with the potential to grow into a full territory sales rep in the future. As an associate, you will work closely with an experienced senior sales representative to learn the territory, develop relationships with clients, and assist in growing the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and sales, with a goal of advancing into a full territory management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside an experienced sales rep to manage and grow accounts in the Arizona territory.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.
- Help promote and sell infection prevention products, sterile processing equipment, and nursing injury prevention solutions to acute care hospitals and surgery centers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as part of a team.
- Travel throughout Arizona to meet with clients and support the senior sales rep, with some overnight travel required.
- Some night shift and weekend training of nursing staff will be required
- Learn and assist with sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for breaking into the medical device or healthcare sales field.
- Some clinical knowledge (nursing, sterile processing, surgical technologist, etc.) is preferred.
- Hospitals require proof of vaccinations in order to work within each hospital system. Must have these vaccinations, or be able to receive them prior to employment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Ability to travel throughout Arizona, including occasional overnight travel.
