Position Description
As a Project Manager, you will manage the implementation phase of our projects from kickoff to final commissioning. Your responsibilities will include frequent customer and vendor communication, coordination of equipment storage and delivery, managing change orders, and overall delivery of the proposed scope on time and within budget. You will also be working closely with the sales team and application engineering team during pre-sale activities to assist in securing the business.

Responsibilities
- Conduct internal turnover meeting for all projects
- Insure all project timelines and schedules are communicated and met
- Deliver a final project within budget
- Manage project accounting within the company ERP system
- Appropriately respond to customer issues and keep key team members informed as necessary.
- Supporting project estimating needs as necessary
- Attend various factory training and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- Prefer a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Prior knowledge within the HVAC industry, preferably in project management.
- Understanding of project financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Comfortable explaining technical details to others.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
