Responsibilities:
The Sr. Maintenance Technician will service, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. The Sr. Maintenance Technician is expected to understand the needs of the manufacturing team and collaborate with them to achieve success. The Sr. Maintenance Technician will foster knowledge growth within the Maintenance Team.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in machine repair and mechanical troubleshooting
- Safety first approach, following all safety rules and guidelines
- Knowledge and aptitude to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.

Compensation Package:
Up to $36.00 + $2.00 Shift Premium
Quarterly Bonus Plan at up to 6% of earnings
