As a maintenance technician, you will work closely with our management team which has a proven track record of taking care of the assets we own while driving higher than status quo performance. We work hard to give our teams the necessary resources and guidance required to execute our vision.
What you’ll do:
The Maintenance Technician is accountable for property maintenance. Your day will be busy working collaboratively with your teammates to provide professional and timely response to various service requests and "punching" vacant units to make them ready for new resident move in. You'll also help ensure high resident satisfaction and new and renewal lease generation through your work by assisting with overall appearance of the grounds, timely snow removal, and safe and healthy swimming pool conditions, fast and effective response to requests for service and repair, etc.

What qualifications we’re looking for:
· Experience with a wide range of preventative maintenance and repair skills required in plumbing, HVAC, interior/exterior, electrical and appliances.
· The ability to provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to service requests.
· The ability to aid contractors and vendors in the completion of special projects
· Must be able to respond to "on-call" scheduled shifts during evenings, nights and weekends. Plus, there may be overtime required during peak times, especially during snow conditions.
· Must be able to walk and stand for long periods; climb up to 25 feet; walk on uneven, sloped surfaces; reach and balance; lift up to 75 pounds; carry and/or push/pull up to 40 pounds; grasp; squat; bend; sit,
· EPA Type II Certification is required within 90 days of hire. Course materials are provided, and test is funded by TAG.
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
