Our branch managers play an integral role in leading our stores in providing exceptional customer service and efficient operations. Plan, organize and manage the daily flow of business with energy and passion. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Hands-on approach to fulfilling and exceeding customer needs
- Always keep customer service as a #1 priority at every turn
- Ensure fast, accurate and courteous service at our sales counters
- Oversee and direct warehouse operations and delivery flow
- Manage inventory (parts, equipment & supplies)
- Lead, train and manage all of valuable team members at the branch
- Provide support to our outside sales team
- Strive to meet and exceed branch growth goals
- Manage expenses to ensure profitability of the branch
- Promote efficiency and safety in all aspects of our business

Qualifications

- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Management Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
