We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manufacturing Associate with to help drive innovation, quality, and operational excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Position Overview:
The Electrical Manufacturing Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of our production processes. This hands-on position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Expertise: Apply knowledge in electrical power wiring, power distribution, and light mechanical assembly to support manufacturing processes.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues or production bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to meet or exceed customer and industry standards.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends, enhance productivity, and maintain product quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all production activities adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to streamline operations and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical manufacturing with expertise in electrical power wiring and power distribution.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including lean processes, quality control, and process optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Experience in a small manufacturing environment (< 25 employees) is a strong plus.
- Previous exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.05 - $20.80 per hour
