As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various settings. ## Duties

- Install and maintain plumbing systems in new construction sites
- Inspect and repair plumbing systems to guarantee optimal functionality
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on job sites
- Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently to complete plumbing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing system layouts
- Assemble fittings and valves for installation purposes

## Skills

### Required Skills

- Proficiency in plumbing techniques including welding, pipe threading, and assembly
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective implementation
- Knowledge of carpentry principles for related tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
- Strong foundation in basic math for measurements and calculations
