```Duties```
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in equipment or Air Compressor sales
- Strong business development skills with a focus on generating new leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide ongoing support to customers
