Breeden Plumbing South is expanding into Richmond and surrounding areas we are looking for top talent individuals to help us grow. Accountabilities
- Responsible for all day-to-day Plumbing related items on the project.
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors are working safely.
- Responsible to order materials to complete the project.
- Responsible for layout.
- Responsible to proactively manage the project by pushing the project where any available work is available to us.
- Communicate issues with Project Team
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others
- Analyze and resolve work problems
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3 to 10 years’ experience in Plumbing Multifamily Construction
Driver’s license and method of transportation is required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
